This page explains what personal data AttemptKar collects, why, who it is shared with and how you can control it.
In short
- We collect only what we need to sell and deliver your files, answer you and improve the site.
- We never see or store your card, UPI or bank login details. Razorpay handles payments.
- We use cookies for the cart, analytics and, if enabled, ads. You can control cookies in your browser.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@attemptkar.in.
1. Who is responsible for your data
attemptkar.in is run by Devesh Tatkare, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. For any privacy question or request, contact support@attemptkar.in.

We do not collect your card number, UPI PIN or net banking password. These go directly to Razorpay.
3. Cookies and similar tools
- Essential cookies keep your cart and login working. The site does not work properly without them.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects device and usage data.
- Advertising: we may use Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tags to measure ads and show our ads to people who visited the site.
- Google Search Console gives us search performance reports. It does not place cookies on your device.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google ads personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site:
- Razorpay, to process payments and refunds
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the website and its database
- Our email service, to send order emails and updates
- Google and Meta, for analytics and ads as described above
We may also share data when required by law, a court or a government authority. Some providers may store data outside India.
5. Email updates
We send exam and product updates only if you agree to receive them. Every email has a way to unsubscribe, or you can email us to stop them.
6. How long we keep data
- Order and payment records: as long as required by tax and accounting laws
- Account data: until you ask us to delete your account
- Contact messages: up to 2 years
- Email list: until you unsubscribe
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- ask us to correct or update it
- withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, unless we must keep it by law
- nominate another person to act for you in case of death or incapacity
- raise a grievance with us, and if not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
Email support@attemptkar.in with your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
8. Children
Users under 18 should use AttemptKar with a parent or guardian, who should complete any purchase. We do not knowingly track children or show them targeted ads. If you are a parent and believe your child shared data without your consent, email us and we will delete it.
9. Security
The site uses HTTPS encryption, payments are handled by Razorpay, and access to our admin area is restricted. No system is fully secure, but if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and give you a complaint reference number. We aim to resolve it within one month of receiving it.
