Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can pay as a guest. The download link appears on the order page and is also sent to your email.
Can I use the PDFs on my phone?
Yes. The PDFs open on phone, tablet and laptop.
Which payment methods work?
UPI, debit cards, credit cards and net banking, through Razorpay.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are final, including a wrong purchase. A PDF is a digital file. Once it is downloaded it stays with you, and there is no way to return it or to know it was not saved or shared. Each pack also takes real research and effort to prepare. Please respect that, and check the exam name and the free sample before you pay.
A refund is given only in specific cases where the problem is on our side, such as a payment taken twice or a file that does not download and we cannot fix. See the Refund Policy.
